We are proud to share that Autism Plus Employment Services has received national recognition at the ERSA Employability Awards. The service won the Youth Employment category for its SEND Youth Hub programme, which supports neurodivergent young adults to build skills, gain confidence and move toward employment.

The team was also named a finalist for Tailored Employment Support. This reflects Autism Plus’s dedication to creating personalised pathways that respect each person’s strengths, needs and goals.

The SEND Youth Hub is one of only two specialist services of its kind in the United Kingdom. Delivered in partnership with Sheffield City Council and the Department for Work and Pensions, the programme provides structured one to one support. Participants work with a Youth Work Coach and Progression Mentors who guide them step by step toward volunteering, education, placements or paid work.

This award highlights the wider mission that connects everything we do across Autism Plus, including Park House Barns. It is about creating opportunities, building confidence and celebrating the talents of neurodivergent individuals.
