Shipping policy

Delivery

Our chocolate is handmade to order, so the lead time can be up to 10 days. However, every effort is made to process your order as quickly as possible. Customers will be advised if the item they have ordered is out of stock and notified when the item is ready for despatch. 

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping in the UK.

Park House Barns Chocolates are shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Please ensure you provide us with a suitable delivery address. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time slot for delivery. 

Please note that Royal Mail state although they aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, they are unable to provide a guarantee it will arrive in this time.

All products should be checked as soon as possible for transit damage. Please inform us immediately if any damage is apparent and retain the packaging.

Collection

If you have chosen to collect your order you will receive an email when it is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready for collection Monday - Friday between 9am and 3pm from

Please note during our busy periods such as Christmas and Easter we get extremely busy, we are literally making Chocolate all day! If you want something quickly do give us a call and we will do whatever we can to get your order to you on time, and if we can't we'll tell you why.
