With a background as a retail area manager, Jane brings strong leadership and coordination skills to the chocolate studio. Her main aim is to make sure every trainee gets the chance to experience all areas of the chocolate making process, from production to packing.

Jane brings energy and fun to the team, and her love for music often leads to spontaneous singalongs (especially to Take That!) while supporting trainees with their work.
