Bijal is one of our Chocolatiers and the newest member of the team, bringing with her over seven years of hands on experience. Trained in Dubai, she blends creativity, precision and passion into every chocolate she makes.

Known for her famous Dubai inspired chocolates, Bijal loves developing new flavours and sharing her skills with our trainees. She’s enthusiastic about teaching and takes great pride in supporting others to grow their confidence and knowledge in the studio.

Alongside her love of chocolate, Bijal has a deep appreciation for traditional Indian cuisine, often drawing inspiration from her cultural roots to create unique and meaningful treats.
